We were paying for six different tools. Around fifteen hundred a month, and not one of them talked to the others. Warm leads went cold in the cracks. Deadlines slipped. Comps that should've taken eight minutes took ninety. We could see it bleeding out in the books.

We didn't want more software. We wanted our time back. We got into this business for the clients and the deals — not to spend twenty hours a week copying notes between tabs. So we sat down with Hella Intelligence and built AI that does the busywork, so our expertise goes where it actually matters: with the people we're serving.

Now our whole team runs on Rize OS. The other tools are shut off. The hours we used to lose came back. We're more present with clients, sharper on the deals, and we actually get to live our lives again.
